Circa 1838-1842. To include: A) “Notin-A-Chippewa”, by Charles Bird King. Published by Daniel Rice and James G. Clark, Philadelphia, 1842. 16″ high x 12″ wide. Good condition with minor chipping on edges. B) “A-Na-E-Gish-Ca a Chippewa Chief” published by F.H. Greenough, Philadelphia, 1838. 19 1/2″ high x 14 1/4″ wide. Shows moderate foxing, very small tears to edge and crease in center. C) “War Dance of the Sauks and Foxes”, probably McKenney and Hall. Unsigned. 10 1/8″ high x 16 3/4″ wide. Shows minor foxing, very small edge tears and it may have been reduced in size. Has undergone full color restoration.
