Nautical Instrument Makers. 126 Commercial St. Boston”. Case size: 15″ long x 13 1/2″ wide x 4″ high. Note inside indicates quadrant was owned by Captain Howland (1825-1860). Provenance: William Savery family homestead, Carver, Massachusetts. Condition consistent with age and use.
